Delete your Local Tips account

You can request deletion of a customer, driver, or vendor account at any time. You do not need to sign in to make the request.

Delete in the app

Explorers and drivers can delete their account right away in the Local Tips app: open Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm. The account, sessions, profile photo, preferences, and votes are removed immediately.

How to request deletion

1. Email zac@sensara.io with the subject "Local Tips account deletion."
2. Include the email address and role used for the Local Tips account.
3. Reply to the verification message. We use this step to prevent someone else from deleting your account.

What we delete

After verification, we delete or anonymize the account profile, password credential, active sessions, profile photo, preferences, referral link, promotion activity, votes, and deal-redemption activity associated with the account. We aim to complete the request within 30 days.

Limited retention

We may retain the minimum records required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or completed business transactions. We will tell you if a legal retention requirement applies to your request. Retained records are not used for advertising.
